PIERCE COUNTY TRAIL DAYS
(formerly Trails Day)
The last weekend each July, in collaboration with governments, agencies, and non-profit groups (and, well, anyone!) we organize opportunities throughout the county for all ages and abilities to promote healthy outdoor activities from birdwatching, hiking, skateboarding, biking, park cleanups, habitat restoration, trail maintenance and much, much more!

Want to HOST an activity next time? We'd love to have you and it's EASY!
WHY TRAIL DAYS?
Life is busy and not everyone makes a habit of getting outside. Many do not even know where to go for basic outdoor recreation. To address this, and promote parks and trails in general, we recruit event hosts and coordinate the promotion of their Trail Days activities. Our goal is to make getting outside and being active easy and accessible while also fostering a sense of stewardship. It's amazing and affordable fun for all. Check out the impact of this annual event.
HOST A TRAIL DAYS ACTIVITY!
ForeverGreen Trails is but a coordinator and promoter — we need partners like YOU to host Trail Days activities. Hosting is super easy and fun! All activities are free and within Pierce County on Trail Days, the last Saturday each July (or the day before to kick off Trail Days). Aside from that, your imagination is the only limitation. You determine the start and end times, group size, location, challenge, etc. (see below for examples of previous events).
See our ONE-PAGE resource How to Host — it's that easy! Contact us if you need help.
